How can I be sure I am in the right place?

What technology do I need to access services?
A computer with a built in camera and an internet connection. Services can be accessed from any of your devices. If you do not have devices but have a telephone feel free to call me for your free initial brief consultation at the contact information below this section.
What if I am not “tech savvy”?
When you are ready for help or additional information click the “I’m ready for help” tab below this section. You will be taken to a page where you will have the option of messaging me or scheduling a session. Once you click on the “message me” or “schedule a session” button, the page that follows will provide you with additional step by step instructions. You are also welcome to call me with questions at the contact information below this section.
How does this work with my insurance?
I will provide you with a super bill that contains all of the information that your insurance company needs following services or at an agreed upon interval.

What is the cost for services?
Assessment and counseling services are 80 dollars per 45 minutes. Brief initial consultation (typically telephone or messaging services lasting 10 or 15 minutes) are free. Click on the Services Tab below this section for more information.
How many chat or video sessions are involved?
This number is determined by you during the assessment session.
Can I be anonymous?
You can message me anonymously for an initial free consultation with a fictitious name but you will need an email address. You can telephone me anonymously for an initial free consultation (typically lasting 10 or 15 minutes). However, you will need to use your legal or billing name for other services. All services (including initial) are confidential within the parameters set by my profession.
How can I get started?

Can I meet with you “Face to Face”?
Face to Face sessions are provided virtually via your device on an encrypted platform.
Where should I be for communications with you?
In a quiet and private setting of your choice where you can have access to a phone or any of your devices. See the question above, “What technology do I need?” for additional information.
Can other people participate in services?
The answer to this question is answered by you and I during the initial consultation or assessment.
Can I live anywhere to receive services?
You can live anywhere for an initial consultation via message or phone. Residents of California, Texas, and Florida are eligible for additional video and chat services based on the jurisdiction of my license.
